CNR Headquarters is close to the "La Sapienza" University, central and well served by public transport.
Getting to the CNR Headquarters from Fiumicino airport, Termini Station and Tiburtina station:
From Fiumicino Airport to Termini or Tiburtina stations

Leonardo Express train: this is a direct train to the Rome Termini station, which departs from Fiumicino Airport
every 30 minutes, the ticket costs 14 EUR. More information at www.trenitalia.it

FR1 Train: this is a train departing from Fiumicino Airport and going either to Poggio Mirteto, Fara Sabina or
Orte. Get off at the Tiburtina station. More information at www.trenitalia.it
From Termini station to CNR
The CNR is within walking distance of Termini station, the map below has the walking instructions.
From the Tiburtina station to CNR
Take the bus or Metro, as follows:
- Bus 492 , get off at the 6th stop on via dei Ramni, the entrance to the parking of the CNR will be to your right.
Walk along via dei Ramni passing in front of the parking entrance and on the corner turn left. The main entrance of
the CNR building will be approx. 20 metres ahead of you, on the next corner (see map on the last page).

Metro B direction Laurentina, get off at Castro Pretorio and walk approx. 10 min, the map here below has the
walking instructions.
