The Final Annual Meeting will take place 20-22 May 2019 in two parts. The first one and a half days are reserved for paper writing meetings during which the groups working on joint papers can convene and finalize their drafts. The actual annual meeting part starts on Tuesday at 14 and runs until lunch the day after.
The rest of the week, or Wednesday afternoon till Friday noon is reserved for the Open Science meeting during which the project data and scientific results are presented to the larger scientific community.
